The form details (name, email, optional phone and message, dates and guest numbers) are used by Temenis Jewel to check availability and contact you about your stay request.

Requests are stored in the property’s database and accessed by its authorised administrator. Notifications are sent through the email service configured by the owner. No payment card details are requested and you are not subscribed to marketing messages.

For access, correction or erasure, contact the property by phone. Information relating to active requests and stays is reviewed by the owner before erasure, taking applicable obligations into account.

A temporary hash of the network address helps limit abusive requests; the address itself is not stored in the booking system. Essential WordPress cookies are used for sign-in and management. The theme does not include advertising tracking.
